Troubleshooting

These tips are a collection of solutions that have solved other people's problems with our reward program. They are not guaranteed to fix any particular issues.

 

  1. Wait a few minutes for the pending button to change. Below are some of things that button is doing for each product in your cart.
    • Creating a new identical product with a different price.
    • Registering the new product with our store.
    • Removing the standard product from your cart.
    • Inserting the new product into your cart.
  2. Make sure you're using an up to date version of a current internet browser.
    • Firefox is a great choice
    • Google Chrome is what our IT guy uses
    • If you are using Internet Explorer try using Microsoft Edge instead
    • If you're using a mobile device it simply may not work. There are so many combinations of device and browser available for mobile that it is hard to predict if it will work or not. If you can't get it working try it on a desktop computer.
  3. Try logging in here.
    • You do not need to make a new account. A second account with our rewards program was created automatically for you when you signed up with our website.
    • Once you have logged in try the tutorial again.
