If you don't find the appropriate gauge and diameter listed here for your project contact me for a quote and custom order. Not sure what size rings you need for your project? I will be happy to answer with my recommendation!

They are made from Solid Raw Yellow Brass wire CDA #260 alloy (70% copper/30% zinc) which is also known as "cartridge brass." They are wound on a mandrel and saw cut with 0.008" rotary slitting saw blade-this means that only a very small amount of the ring is removed which gives you a nice round ring with a very smooth parallel cut.

Next they are tumbled with steel shot and then washed with detergent and hot water and dried at low temperature; each are hand inspected.

I love making chainmaille, but was unable to purchase jump rings that met my standards, so I invested in the equipment and started making them myself. Over 40 years engineering experience paid off! I love them! The weight is substantial and my customers love the feel when they pick up my products.
