- +

This listing is for 10 grams of custom handmade jump rings in Silvered Peridot, Silvered Amethyst and Silvered Ice Blue. This is a great way to sample our coated copper jump rings. They are perfect for chainmaille artisans and all jewelry artisans who are looking for something better!

24 gauge = 0.51mm
22 gauge = 0.6mm
20 gauge = 0.8mm
18 gauge = 1mm

Size Mix - this is a variety of gauges and sizes and they are sold by weight - how many rings you will have is variable as to the sizes in your unique sampler. They will all be 18 gauge - 22 gauge and between 1.5mm - 8mm ID. As an example, in 18 gauge 3.75mm ID, there are 100 jump rings in 10 grams.

These rings are a wonderful weight. They have a clear coating baked on to prevent tarnishing! They are handmade by us to our exacting specifications for our personal use-and we are now making them for sale!

They are made from Coated Coper Wire. They are wound on a mandrel and saw cut with 0.008" rotary slitting saw blade-this means that only a very small amount of the ring is removed which gives you a nice round ring with a very smooth parallel cut.

Next they are tumble washed with detergent and hot water and dried at low temperature; each are hand inspected. Special tools are not required to work with these! We damage 1% on average.

We love making chainmaille, but were unable to purchase jump rings that met our standards, so we invested in the equipment and started making them ourselves and we love them! The weight is substantial and our customers love the feel when they pick up the products.

We also have a Fringe Bead Mix to match!

Beautiful Rings

The colorful rings are beautiful! I got the 4mm 20 gauge and they we're just what I wanted. My only issue is the price...it's a bit much for rings. I redeemed my credits for them but I don't know if I'd purchase them at $7/100 - and there were no options for bulk purchases.
