Exactly what I was hoping for (giving as a gift to niece as college grad gift). Seems excellent quality & matched description (antiqued sterling chain). Only side note: shipping was a bit misleading and ended up taking a month to receive with several queries. Happy to now have it to gift :-)

Worst customer service I experienced on Etsy. Bought more than USD150 worth of goods in early November 2021 (for Christmas presents). Buyer did not ship until more than a week later after I messaged her. Still haven't received items near Christmas 2021 so I messaged seller again. Of course I get no reply and assistance whatsoever. I opened a case on Paypal in early January 2022 and finally Paypal ruled in my favor and received a full refund today. Usually Etsy purchases are easy and smooth, this shop is downright awful.

Chain was cut down to 20 in. for me. Chain was quite smaller in diameter than I thought, picture messed with my head again. Ad description clearly explains the actual chain dimensions, I just have difficulty meshing words with pictures & how items will look like in person. I love the chain, just will have to use it for something else. Love dealing with this company, great products. Safe packaging with the smallest footprint as possible. Shipping on time for what you pay for & after the items are made.
