ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow [1-3 days] to process your order. Expect an email to let you
know your order is on the way!


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Because of the nearly endless options, most handmade supplies are MADE TO ORDER and may take 1-5 days to make, during busy times and before major holidays, up to 2 weeks. Please allow MORE TIME for large/unique orders. Our WHOLE Team works to get your supplies to you ASAP. However, if you are having a "jump ring emergency" let us know as we always set aside a little time each day just in case. Otherwise, we process orders in the order in which they were placed. If your order is TIME SENSITIVE, please write the date the order is needed in the notes to seller box at checkout and we will work to meet it. We process most WIRE and COMMERCIAL Supplies in 1-3 days. Some do take longer and shipping times are estimates and do not include order fulfillment time. Delivery times vary with your location. When your order is complete, we will send you an email with shipping details including the domestic tracking number/international customs number. Upgraded shipping options do not affect order fulfillment time. Contact us regarding your RUSH order fulfillment and we will work with you to meet your deadline.

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple international shipping options, with delivery varying from 8-20 days, depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at support@creatingunkamen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
