I requested an exchange immediately on receiving my order, have emailed 3 times now, and get no response. The website promises 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I can't get any help and am stuck with a product that won't work for my needs.

I ordered some of the sample packs about a month ago, they were supposed to be delivered according to the tracking, they were not. the post office couldnt find them so i reached out to the merchant and have not gotten any responce at all not even a "we are looking into this"
The colors are great, the rings are great. But they wrong size was sent and no one will answer my emails. I ordered 14g and got 16g which will not work for my project. A couple emails later and I am still waiting for that great customer service.
Your service is terrible. I ordered nickel silver months ago ! Finally got it it looks to be brass instead of I have been trying to reach some one there, no one responds. I will never order from you guys again!
