We make these from 20 gauge (0.8mm) round wire, all hypoallergenic! After forming these hooks, we thoroughly deburr/smoth the ends to ensure you will not be scratched. They are then tumbled/polished. They measure 11.5mm X 6.5mm

We do not recommend that you use them as ear wires, as they are very small and meant to hook into a leave-in hoop but might work if you have small, thin lobes.
