This chuck is an essential tool with other applications. It will hold bits from 2mm to 5mm including burr cups and files. It is fast and easy to switch tips and is well crafted - Made in the USA (Right here in Missouri!)
Bead Reamer Instructions:
The bead reamer with diamond tips enables one to clean, and if necessary enlarge holes in ceramic, glass, and other types of beads including stone. The small and large diamond reamers are to smooth, straighten, and enlarge bead holes, while the 45 degree edger will round and smooth hole edges so the bead edge will not cut through string or bead cord.
- Insert the desired point into the handle and tighten handle collet.
- Wet the point with water and rotate it back and forth until the hole is clear of debris. This enables a smooth hole with no dust.
- Use the 45 degree edger in the same manner. Just a few turns should be sufficient.
- Store tips in the handle for protection and quick retrieval.
