For beads with a 0.6mm hole, open up the front loop to nearly straight, insert bead and reform loop with looping pliers.
For beads with a 0.7mm hole or larger, slide the bead up the back tail of the ear wire. Use 2 pairs of flat nose pliers to slightly straighten the curve above the straight section, slide the bead down, and then re-bend with looping pliers.
