Wrong item sent. Ordered a month ago and a...

Wrong item sent. Ordered a month ago and after being sent the order with the wrong item sent, I was notified they were on back order. I ordered 4 pieces, 2 of which were correct, one was missing, and the other was wrong. I emailed immediately and they sent me a return label to send the wrong item back.. which I did the next day. Communication is laggy and spotty - I still don't have the correct order. Trying to give grace with Covid, but as a small business owner myself, I would expect better.
