Supposedly there's a place that says it takes 2-3 weeks for things to ship. I couldn't find it but that's ok. I reached out at 6 weeks because my order still hasn't shipped. Said they'd look into it and update me. Got a message that a label was created. Two more weeks, nothing other than label created. Reached out again and suddenly "another" order (with 2-3 week lead time items) is shipping that day. Order finally arrived and I will NEVER order from this company again.
The length of chain I requested made it out quicker to me than the quoted time-frame so that was a great start! The piece itself is exactly as advertised, only shinier in person! I've already been able to use it for the larger piece I made for my wife, and she loves it just as much! Thank you again and looking forward to our next purchase!
