Processing time longer than stated. I am having trouble getting the hinge to clasp back in place. Have reached out to the seller. If it is an issue with myself and I am doing something wrong I will edit review. The items are beautiful though, great colors. Edited to add - I was told the entire inventory of these is defective. I was issued a refund or replacement of another item. I chose refund. Too bad, they look gorgeous. Ask if a new shipment before ordering. Edited to add I received a refund. Would have liked the product. No apology.
