The hole is off centered so they hang like fringe! We use them in our Shaggy Bead Line of Jewelry and Jewelry Kits. They are made by Miyuki of Japan, the same makers of well know Delica seed beads, these are TOP SHELF! They measure approx 3mm X 4mm with a .8mm hole. 22 gauge wire fits easily and some 20 gauge wire and jump rings rings will also. Our preference is 22 gauge 3mm ID Jump Rings.
