Pros: Quick changing with vibrant color.

Cons: While these are tiny 3mm beads, the quality control of those I received leaves a lot to be desired. Most have unpainted edging and the width of the bands is extremely varied so they do not have a uniform appearance (this is subtly shown in the seller's photo). I also have a few that are somehow fused together.
