There was a back order on one product I ordered so there was some confusion on my end. They were great at responding to my emails and getting me the items I need. I love the quality of the earring hardware and will continue to order from them!
The product was great. However it took from March 5th to June 10th to get my order. I contacted the company on April 27th to get updates on my order. They said they would get back to me and never did. So on June 3rd I asked them to cancel my order. Then all of a sudden my order was shipped. I understand that it is handmade but it would be nice to have a time frame of when our order should arrive to us.
